Today i want to write the introduction of the production process of the filling and capping machine.According to different materials, the process is not only the same, the following are some work processes for  reference .

(1)After the container is cleaned by the bottle washing machine, it enters the bottle washing machine for inversion and washing.(2)The rinsed containers are dried or sterilized due to different product requirements. (For different industries)(3)The processed container reaches the spot which is under the filling head for quantitative filling. (The filling methods are different according to the different materials. Conventional liquid materials are filled with direct current, paste materials are filled with pressure, and powders are metered with screw type. Granules are measured by measuring cup. Gas-containing materials are filled with negative pressure.)(4)The filled material is capped by a capping machine. (According to the different caps, vacuum capping can also be used, or direct capping or other capping methods)(5)The products after capping are handled differently due to the subsequent process. Generally, labels or sleeves are required.(6)The last is the identification equipment of the production date or batch number of the product.(7)Finished product can be output.

This filling and capping machine combines the three functions of washing, filling and capping into one machine line, and realizes automatic filling in the whole process. The water bottle filling and capping machine is suitable for filling mineral water and pure water in polyester bottles and plastic bottles. The adjustment of the applicable bottle shape of each part is realized by the rotation of the handle, which is easy and convenient. The filling method of the bottle filling and capping machine adopts a new type of micro-pressure filling, which makes the filling speed faster and more stable. This machine adopts advanced OMRON programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic operation of the machine, and the bottle feeding chain adopts frequency converter to regulate the speed, which cooperates with the host frequency converter to make the bottle feeding operation more stable and reliable. Photoelectricity can detect the running status of each component, so it has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate. The bottle washing adopts four independently controlled double (single) row high-pressure injection systems, the disinfectant is used in circulation, and the rinsing liquid is discharged in a variety of options.

1. The mineral water production line use direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding star-wheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor to ease the process of bottle-size-changing.
2. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation of the automatic water filling machine. Instead of traditional star-wheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily , without equipment height adjustment ,only arch board and star-wheel such little nylon parts need to be changed.
3. Specially-designed rinsing grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution in this automatic water filling machine.
4. Rapid gravity filling valve with high flow makes filling faster with accurate liquid level and without any liquid loss.

5. Splint of star-wheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing.
