The filling lines adopt motion control system and all-digital servo motor as the control system, and conveys bottles at a high speed in a straight line, which can reach 500 bottles/min. The reciprocating tracking method is used for filling and rotary stoppering and stoppering under the condition of bottle movement.

The filling lines can be applied to a variety of specifications and can automatically adjust the filling volume, the height of the filling needle and the production speed of the entire system according to the specifications of various bottles. Production data can be retained for a long time, and production recipe data can be copied and modified indefinitely.

The large-screen true color touch screen is used to design the human-computer interaction interface, which is friendly to operate and can realize multi-level data security management. With operation guide and misoperation lock function,the filling lines can prevent damage to the machine and operator due to misoperation, and strengthen the security of equipment and personnel. At the same time, comprehensive help information is provided, so that users can quickly troubleshoot faults and problems under the guidance of the help information.
