Types of Powder Mixers We Offer
- Horizontal Ribbon Mixers: These mixers use a helical ribbon or blade to move materials in a horizontal direction, ensuring thorough blending. Ideal for powders with a variety of densities.
- Vertical Mixers: These mixers move powders in a vertical direction, typically using a spiral or paddle mechanism. They are ideal for larger batches and can handle a wider range of powder types.
- V-Blenders: The V-shape design of this mixer is perfect for achieving homogeneous blending of powders that are free-flowing and have similar particle sizes.

What Is a Powder Mixer?
A powder mixer is an industrial machine designed to combine dry materials into a homogeneous mixture. Whether handling fine powders, granules, or additives, the mixer ensures even distribution of ingredients to maintain product quality and stability.
Our powder mixing systems are suitable for applications in:
- Food processing
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Chemical production
- Nutritional supplements
- Cosmetics and personal care
Working Principle
Materials are loaded into the mixing chamber where rotating blades, ribbons, or paddles create a multi-directional flow. This movement ensures materials circulate continuously, preventing segregation and achieving a uniform mixture in a short time.
Once mixing is complete, the discharge valve allows fast and residue-free emptying of the batch.
Available Types
Horizontal Ribbon Mixer
Ideal for high-capacity production with excellent blending uniformity for powders and light granules.
Paddle Mixer
Suitable for fragile materials or when liquid addition is required during mixing.
V-Type Mixer
Best for free-flowing powders that require gentle and highly uniform blending.

The ma-terials in the barrel are driven by the inner and outer diameter spirals, so that the mixer can turn the materials over a wide range in the barrel.

The mixed shaft is made of thickened stainless steel material, which makes the mixed material more uniform and corrosion-resistant.
