How It Works

The Rice Coffee Bean Color Sorting Machine works by scanning each bean as it moves through the machine. Using a combination of optical sensors, cameras, and air jets, it identifies any bean that doesn’t match the ideal color or shape. Defective beans are then removed by precision-controlled air nozzles, leaving only the highest-quality beans to continue in the processing line.

The system is highly adaptable, capable of distinguishing a wide range of defects, including:
