Basic process of the rotary filling machine is automatic cup drop – automatic filling – automatic film release – automatic hot pressure sealing – automatic cup out.Equipment basic structure of the rotary filling machine is following,please check for reference.

Aluminum plate part of the rotary filling machine uses the aluminum alloy acid-resistant aluminum mold, which has the function of non-deformation and corrosion resistance.

Rack part of the rotary cup filing machine is welded with high-quality carbon steel, sprayed with anti-rust paint, and then covered with 304 stainless steel. It is equipped with strong bolts in contact with the ground. Exposed panels are also made of stainless steel.

Transmission system includes motor, reducer, cam divider, template, transmission chain, etc.

Cup drop system of the rotary filling and capping machine consists of rack, slide rail, cup storage bin, cup push cylinder, etc. The synchronous control action is completed by sending a signal when the template stops.

The storage tank of this filling system is made of stainless steel 304, and the material is filled by piston non-contact type, and the filling amount can be adjusted freely. (Drum with automatic feed control system, sanitary pump and piping not included)

Film release system automatically grabs the film with a vacuum arm, and then puts it directly above the empty cup, with high accuracy, time saving and high efficiency.

Sealing system adopts constant temperature (intelligent temperature control) hot pressing sealing, and the sealing head is copper.

Cup out system of the manipulator pushes it onto a 1-meter conveyor belt.

Control system adopts PLC control.
